I think the problem is, certainly here in the UK, most vapers have been trained to be very cynical - we've had to put up with a lifetime of tax / legislation / bullshit from the government and media, while the former simultaneously take every opportunity to hoover up more of our meagre income in "sin tax".

Mate, if you have thought it through, and you still feel like there is a market for your invention, then go for it!

Perhaps it would be helpful to see more details, screenshots etc, then we could provide better feedback. But I understand why you are being secretive.

Thank you for your feedback. I had this idea on like Monday, so I wasn't really able to think about it. But so far I'm still relatively confident, as I've found a solution to every problem so far. In any case. As I said, I have developed a business model with everything that is necessary. Including the problems that could arise and the solution to them.

One good thing about the idea is that because it's quit focused, you might find it a bit easier to get funding for development, and get contracts with the government health services.

you could have it linked up to an intravenous drip loaded with strong sedatives. after your specified number of puffs, it knocks you out for seven hours. wake up, puff the next allocations of dunts and off to sleep, and so on and so on.

I had this idea for a vape that could actually help people quit smoking or vaping, using a switchable pod system and an app on your phone. Something based on the "ElfBar" design.
And I wanted to ask the community what you think.

What if the vape lets you:
Set a strict limit on how many puffs you take so you don’t go overboard.
Gradually reduce usage over time, almost like a built-in quit plan?
Or even switch to an unrestricted mode if you’re not ready to commit yet?

It’s just a concept, but I feel like this could really change the game. Would something like this work for you? Or what would you improve?

I already made a product overview, which I won't show yet. The risk that my idea might get stolen is just to high.

Humm. Any vape that dictated, anything to me, would be bin bound instantly.

You’ve gotta want to give up stinkies. Unless you do vapin ain’t gonna help. and a moronic tube of electrical components, dictating how, when and how much you can vape. Is at best, pure stupidity. At worst helping to keep people on stinkies.

If you’ve no self control, no amount of tech will help you.

As mentioned at the beginning, it’s a solution to a problem that doesn’t actually exist.
