Aerovape 'Happy Hours' orders. I am a tad disappointed

I placed an order with Aerovape last Wednesday evening during their 'Happy Hours' promotion which was advertised on POTV.
This was my first online juice order I was looking forward to receiving a nice package from my postie by today at the latest.
After the postie had been and no package for me, I logged onto the Aerovape site to see my order was still being shown as 'processing'.
So I dropped Aerovape a polite email this morning asking when the order will be shipped but so far I am disappointed not to have had a reply.
On viewing the Aerovape website now, there is a message on the top of the screen
'Please be aware we are still processing Happy Hours orders and they will all be posted this week, thank you for your patience and understanding'
Now I do enjoy Aerovape juices, but I am a tad disappointed with their delivery times and lack of reply to my polite email.
Yes, I understand they could be busy with the extra orders generated by their promotion. But normally companies put in place contingency plans to cater for the extra demand.
I now expect my delivery to arrive at the end of this week at the earliest or at the beginning of next week at the latest, a 10 to 12 day turnaround.
I am not annoyed, just disappointed.
 
MrAerovape did say in the thread he was alone this week and had been working into the early hours of the morning trying to keep up with things. Sometimes circumstances are out of our control. I get your annoyance but you will shortly be getting some good juices at an excellent price.
 
ive only ever had 1 order from them and back then it was the same, the banner at the top of the page. a few people did contact them and as far as i know from what i read on here it took a while for a reply.
i have no idea how many people work at this vendor but it could be quite a small business and they get inundated with orders and just dont have time to reply as i guess quite a few people will email them with the same question.
they will see this post so will reply here soon (as long as they are on the forum)

As I said, I am very happy with the quality of Aerovape juices, just disappointed with their shipping time.
With a bit of luck the juices will arrive before the weekend. I ran out of Sweetie Pie last week and now have the last of my Hazelnut Coffee Cake in my tank now.
Oh well, the best things come to those who wait so they say.
 
Fret not, I am well aware of the situation.

Yes we are a very small family run business unfortunately the rest of them have gone on holiday so I am alone :( and I chose to stay behind to make sure no one missed out.
I guarantee you will get your order this week, Aerovape Ltd was started on a very small budget and we have grown a lot in a year but so has our demand especially for Happy Hours.

We have new equipment coming next week that will propel our juice making endeavours into overdrive.
This in turn will allow us to make sure we have significant stock to make turnarounds much much quicker.

Inturn when you receive your future order you can vape them straight away as they will be fully steeped!

By the time the next happy hours comes around we guarantee 100% that your orders will be posted next working day from your order date.

You're in good hands with us, you will get all that you expect and more :)
 
He did mention hes working alone as his familys on holiday.. Imagine the influx of orders hes dealing with with the offer on. Were getting a great bargain for quality juice im sure a few days extra waiting wont hurt. Making a thread to point this out is a little bad taste imho

Thanks for the update, I too was concerned when I noticed it was till processing!
