Ive seen ag (aqueous glycerine) on a few mixing sites, with the description that you can use this instead of pg if you find pg too harsh on the throat.

Is it as simple as that, use ag and vg instead of pg and vg?

And does it do away with throat hit all together or just make for a smoother vape?

So basically then you're just gonna be making max vg that is quite aqueous?

I'm no pro but from my understanding, ag is popular because vg is so viscous. If you mix with high (or all) vg then you could have problems with it not wicking very well because it's so gloopy. Ag is just more runny. Some people add distilled water or vodka to make their vg more runny. I think if you're making 50/50ish mixes the vg would be fine as it is, as the amount of (runnier) pg is sufficient to thin the liquid. However, it's all new to me so if someone in the know wants to jump in and correct me, feel free. I'm interested, and wanna be clear on it myself.

I ordered a small bottle whilst grabbing some concentrates. I do like heavy vg but rarely use it since I favor my kayfuns to the drippers. I know I could have just diluted my vg but sod it, small bottle was 2 quid, worth a try

AG is good for making high or 100% vg mixes because as previously stated it makes it easier for wicking but not only that VG mutes flavour but adding water to a high VG mix improves the carrying of flavour so AG is ideal as you don't need to factor water into your mix as it's already done for you so you just treat it as VG in your mixing calculator
