AGA problems

Ok, having forced down the centre pin I have finally got it to read. It lasted for around 20 seconds before it lost it again. Now this isnt a practical long term solution...is there something I can set up to permanently lower the centre post? Has anyone ever had to do this before?

Just looking at my aga. You could try putting an extra insulator on the bottom of the centre post.

You can take the centre post out of all of them.

Errr nope! Thats the next job I suppose...

Although I'm at the point of throwing this piece of crap at a wall and stomping on the smug remnants of its un-buildable interior! May leave it a week or two before I try again.

Those MVP's look to me like they're built around 510 ego connectors. If so get a tiny screwdriver or preferably a wooden toothpick and lever up the center post inside the battery connector. They sit inside a little rubber insulator.

I had to do this all the time when my Mrs used that type of battery.

Hmmn, that final option fills me with fear! I'll end up being my normal hamfisted self and break it I need a new mod anyway so I'll use this as an excuse

The problem being there sir. All the center pins stick down at some point. With juice and muck build up, and wear an tear. Still a good excuse to go shopping though.

I've used my mpv with a 1.0 coil which I was surprised as I thought it would be a 1.5 limit
