Another RDA question?!

I’ve been umming and arring over an RDA for ages. I’ve only really used tanks, but really fancy an RDA.

I REALLY procrastinate when buying a new piece of hardware and have been reading about RDA’s for ages and have really built them up in my head that they are going to be this amazing flavour machine that unlocks all the potential of all my juices and am going to be blown away when I finally choose one.

I just wondered... how much better on average is the flavour of an RDA over a tank?

Now I know, you could say depends on what tank and what RDA, as you could be comparing a great tank to a rubbish RDA and taste is subjective blah blah blah, but generally which is better?

I’ve been fleeting between buying the Wotofo ‘Recurve’, the ‘Profile’ and the ‘Drop Solo’ (I use a single cell mod so I’m looking for a single coil RDA) and currently vape on the ‘Nunchaku’ tank.

Would any of those 3 be THAT much better than my current tank for flavour?

I basically want someone to say “buy an RDA and you’ll never look back!

You get better flavour because you drop the juice onto the coil and vape and the coils, juice and cotton are closer to you. I have four RDAs The goon, goon 1.5, drop and Bonza.

I have a Troll RTA but I dont use it very often I always would use RDAs

As said above really but you would benefit better off with a squonk mod with the rda as driping juice on your coil can be a bit of a pain in the arse at times.....

Yeah it can be a PITA if you are walking around town and you have to take a bottle in your pocket to drip onto your coil when it gets dry. Although certain cottons hold juice better I use Kendo gold and find its absorbs juice better that other cottons I have tried although it wont last forever.

I've found I can take around 20 drags before dripping where as cotton bacon its about 5

In my personal opinion any RDA with any half decent build in it will trump any tank for flavour. You've no chimney to contend with, coils are closer to your mouth hole..... no brainer. Dripping can indeed be an pain, but then get an decent RDTA which will produce a near as damnit vape as a dripper.

Cotton is again important. Kendo I wasn't too struck on personally. Fuzz is ok, as is Cotton Candy and Texas Tuff, but for the type of vaping I like nothing wicks better than CB Prime, which is the cotton equivalent of a thirsty elephant in dry season.

Thats very true before i got my 1st squonk mod it was a right pain have to drip every 4 or 5 puffs i got so feed up with having to carry juice around with me all the time that i went off the use of using a rda when out and about thank you to who ever invented the sqounk makes life so much easier.....

Haven't got a squonk yet I'm waiting for the new rumoured dna dual battery squonk although I heard about it 5 months ago and havent heard anything else.
