What's new

Another survey...

''If you couldn't get hold of an e-cigarette right now, what is the most you would be willing to pay (in pounds) for just one puff of your favourite e-cigarette?'' :18: Reminds me being on shop corners, buying smokes off the older generation!! What type of questions is this! lol

Perhaps they are looking forward to a time when they can sell nicotine by the puff.

It may be as Mawsley suspects that Dr F is a sell out...

Oh no, I didn't say that. I simply feel I may have misattributed motivations to him that makes me wrong not him. The same for Etter.

Clearly, at some level, these guys need to put bread in the table in exchange for the work they do and it's only natural for them to differentiate between general vaping and cigalike/gen2 companies that'll pay the bills.

He also needs to demonstrate a balanced approach to his work, which may well be with a view to secure EU funding in a post TPD world. I don't know, this is purely conjecture - although the potential for damage to vaping the toxicity study and the diacetyl study have would indicate either I'm correct or he is eminently fallible. He upset many juice manufacturers with the way he released his diacetyl work. Upset many and almost destroyed one. This was either stupidity or lack of vision.

All I'm saying is he's not the saviour, I suspect he's a bit of a naughty boy.

i answered 0 to that.

The survey's ethical enough.
For sure whoever has commissioned it can put whatever spin they choose on the data.
However the raw data stands and can be accessed in the future.
Hence the more pro-vapers post pro-vaping data the better.
