Anti vandal led fire switch

Well I have the c/f version but it doesn't have the gold sockets like I have seen recently. After installing into my mod and using for a day I got the mirrored screen (message back to front) then later the scrabbled screen. I never wired up the led switch and I still got the problems.

Did the replacement boards you received from evolve have the gold sockets or just the regular silver ones?

They have silver ones.

Got the mod back and checked it seems to be just a bad board and not the LED button.

Finished a different mod today with a resistor led button and its working fine. So it seems like evolve are still sending out bad boards.

My DNA 40 has now died! It ran a TC nickel coil for nearly 2 weeks no probs, then went pop within 5 mins of putting a Kanthal Build on (1.3ohm).

It looks like something has shorted out on the board.

I'm not impressed

Sorry to hear that fasteddie600 I had my mind set on DNA40 but keep hearing these issues with the boards so think I will wait a wee while until the Gremlins clear off .
