my girlfriend and i both recently made orders but have not had any confirmation as we normally would? i ordered on wednesday and my girlfriends was over a week ago but we have had no contact at all apart from paypal and the standard receipts... we have tried emailing them directly and had no reply to those either. anyone else having the same issues? hopefully we will hear back tomorrow...

Keep in mind WOV makes their e-liquid as its ordered so if they were caught out short on a flavour or a bit of nic, they may be waiting for that to come in. If you've emailed and youve heard nothing back in at least 14 days file a paypal dispute. But in all honesty, in the last year, I've not heard of more than 2 or 3 complaints from this vendor and all were resolved swiftly.

gezmond just talked to WOV and their internet service is down at the moment and is the reason why no despatch emails are going out. However, you can email her at [email protected] and she can reply to emails through that. She doesn't expect the broadband service to be fully functional until this weekend at least.
