are samsung batterys safe?

Yep. I never go above 100W anyway and with a 3 battery mod spreading the load the Molicel should comfortably handle that.
Most definitely. Those Molicrls are rated at 25A CDR. If your vaping at a max 100w using a triple batt mod, the max you will draw from each battery is in the region of 11.5amps.
Happy days

I've had my Samsung's for at least 2 years and they must have had at least 250 charges so I'll have to change them before too long. I'm not going to worry just yet but this has certainly been a very useful thread to make me look again at safely and battery recommendations.

Probably lots of life left in the batteries. When you notice they are not holding their charge or they are looking a bit worse for wear, that's the time to change. If jfs just the wrap of the battery looking worn, then you can re wrap them.

iirc Mooch stated it's time to change when the charging mAh drops to 80% of the original level.

What I don't have is a charger that can tell me what the current mAh capacity is for the battery set I'm using. It only tells me how much the charger has put into them which doesn't take into account what was still left as I don't run down batteries until they're completely empty. I just judge how much juice I'm getting through between charges and I can still get through 2 full 6ml tanks. As my charger does a good job and also does all my AA/AAA with 4 lanes I don't need a new one yet.

It's a rough approximation anyways, you'll kinda know how much you generally put in so just go from there.

I normally know when my batteries are reaching their end if life when they spend more time in the charger than they do in the mod lol
