Asgard Mini Help

I cut mine at 5mm, but I set them quite low, no spit back. Make sure the two coils are close, 2-3mm or you'll burn the inner chamber, lovely taste NOT!
Great flavour from these drippers. Best I've tried in a while tbh. IMG_20210526_133539.jpg IMG_20210526_133512.jpg

Aye, you're not wrong, I'm a manky b*stard, just finishing off some strawberry vapetto, once it's done and I change to MFIC I'll clean it up :D Might even straighten out the coils a bit.
Didn't want to mention the wonky coils [emoji23][emoji23]

Thanks for that John, gives me a good idea of spacing. Do you find you have spit back as I heard having the coils 5mm or higher gives a lot of spit back. I wasn't going to say I thought they could do with a clean :18:.

Thanks for that mate, it's really helpful. Im so happy everyone says that the flavour is good that's my main reason for buying it, I just hope it arrives before the weekend as I want to have a play with it now lol.

It is a great little RDA. Just try to set your coils fairly close, as my photo.
Coil height will be up to you tbh. I like mine close to the deck and I'm using a mech and on a fresh 21700 if it's a high coil set up, I got spit back.
Sure you'll be fine. Enjoy.

As close to the air inlet as you can without melting it you mean surely? I had horrendous spitback mounting it with the coils leaning inward.

So long as they don't touch the inlet indeed. I've had no spit back at all with the coils as the photo. 0.12 ohms they fire up lively and give a warm tasty vape, but I do like it hot.
Each to their own.

Yup, I think the takehome message is there's no right or wrong, experiment till you hit your sweet spot, the RDA is certainly capable.

Indeed. We all find our preferred way, that suits our way of vaping I guess.
Most importantly with this RDA is as you rightly say, don't burn the insert!
I vape quite high wattage, or mech equivalent, so getting the coils as far away from the insert, yet no spit back took a little bit of trial & error, but when it worked out, spot on.
