Wonder if it would be possible to vertical coil it instead. though the last time I tried one all I got was dryhits not nice

Managed to get a 2.5mm simple clapton in the Nautilus.

I’ll try building the Nautilus in that case. Just been looking and you are right about the airflow

Building supplies arrived today. Built a 2 ID 28/40 SS316 coil with 4 wraps, came out to 0.43 ohms in the Nautilus RBA. I haven't made a coil in a few years, let alone something this small so go easy



Seems happiest at 15w 1/3 airflow open which to my DL head seems low, but as it ramps up so quickly I'm not in a rush to push it.

Have you got the coil in properly mate? You should feel a click and the coil should snug in nicely. What pod/coil are you using?

Here is how I do mine. Screw the coil into the bottom pin (finger tight no need to crank it, slide the coil into the pod until you hear a click. It should look like this. Fill pod (but don’t overfill). Wipe with cloth/kitchen towel. Vape.

Hope that’s of some use. I’ve had no issues with leaking

we’ve all been there pal! You’ll crack it. Others are better able to speak on it for MTL. As a RDL it’s working perfectly for me.

I've been using Nautilus RBA and BP 1ohm coil. Not had any issues so far.
