Is that a typo and you mean the arc 5 and not arc 55
happens to the best of us. usually a coil issue.
is this the first time youve used the kit or did it happen after a few hours days weeks. what wattage are you running at shown on screen.

My first port of call for any coil issue is to clean all the connection areas and make sure there's no liquid where it could cause an issue. 9 out of 10 times its been the issue.

As others have said, it sounds like a coil issue to me.
