The Help and Feedback forum is here so that members can give feedback or ask questions about site related issues.
Please post any questions you have about Electronic Cigarettes or their Accessories in one of the designated categories found on the Main Forum.

Please make sure @planetofthevapes.co.uk is added to your email clients safe sender list so that you receive important emails from us like, password resets, account activation emails, and replies to your support tickets/emails to us.
We have had to implement a "New Users Group" to help the Mod and Admin team better control the influx of new users, spammers, and vendors.
In the mean time users should familiarize themselves with our rules and any new vendors should read this first.
All new registrants will be restricted to the New Users Corner for their 1st 2 posts, which will have to be approved by the Moderation team.
2 posts will be easy to get. Make an introduction post, welcome a few fellow new users and ask or answer a couple of questions. New Users are also able to access the Help and Feedback forum if you need any assistance from the members.
After 2 posts have been approved, the rest of the forums will "unlock" and you will be able to post more. Certain functions of the forum will not be usable until after 2 posts, such as uploading avatars or creating signatures.
Any member with less than 2 posts has been moved to this user group.
You must become a Verified Member before using the Classifieds.
