Battery charger question

Well I decided to order the xtar mc1 charger and 2 molicel p42 21700s.
At the 10-15 watts I'll be using them at I'll have a few days vaping between battery changes, plenty of time to charge the other at 1a

If you ordered the charger don't expect a torch as a freebie, as tthe charger counts as a "device"...

Yes, I'm aware of this but it's a charger I need not a torch. I'd have no means to power the torch anyhow since I'm new to this and they are to power my 1st mod.
