What about if i was to cut the threaded part out and move it the 5mm or so to the side and then braze in place?????

I really don't want to see this in the bin, i want it up and running as its an old original

Are you not going to have to move the positive pin too?

What does it look like with a Rev4 Boro in there? How far are you going to have to move things?

Yes pin will have to move but only about 5mm if that.
Heres holding rev4 boro in place and what needs trimming...plus how far existing 510 is out.

If i can adapt it to fit rev-4 boro tanks then this rev-3 has been saved and updated and as its an authentic box i want to save it
