Good question .... it depends on your POV about whether liquids steep without nicotine in. My understanding is that all digbys are pre-steeped before selling and are ready to vape. But you may want to leave it a little while after adding the nic.

I read on their site that they have been steeped for 4 weeks,think I will give it a week after adding the nic.

Thanks for that, I have most of it except for two, the Dulce De Leche Caramel , which I've never previously heard of I'll sub with some tfa Dulce De Leche and some other caramel. Also I don't have Inawera Vanilla, sub with Inawera Shisha Vanilla? My Nom Nomz order turned up, the rebranded ccw cream smells good and strong, almost too strong on the nose, should be a good one

Leave the Dulce leche and caramel out its only a hint and most would probably not even notice it in there.
The Shisha will do fine also and tbh I'm not sure there is a noticable difference between the two.
