Best mods right now???

Merry Christmas all
Got a new rta for Xmas, went for the Kylin v2 after much deliberation and now looking at new mods as I've got Xmas money to spend! I've looked at a few so far like the smok mag, species kit and none smok mods like the revenger but I'm not sure yet as all have good and bad reviews. Just wondering what people's thoughts, experiences are.

I'd avoid anything with a Smok badge on. I wouldn't take the risk that you may have got one of the mods that is fine or one that is knackered.

I'm quite liking the Vapresso Polar at the minute. Well made, light and great screen.

Thanks mate, I've heard that a lot about Smok although I've had my Alien for nearly a year without issues but I suppose I could of just been lucky

Some have no issues at all mate, many have nothing but issues. Far too hit and miss now, used to be very good, sadly not anymore.

Also quite like the look of the new Crown 4 Mod from UWell. We will be stocking it but haven't received any yet so can't say what's its like... I just like the looks!

Ok cool, I've not heard of that one I'll have a look at it.

Maybe a few bargains to be had in the sales. Not sure if this is your kind of thing, but it has a YiHi chipset, and for the price,, well I think it’s a blooming bargain definitely. Maybe check out a review for the mod on YouTube. Here’s the link for the mod

Still not getting the Smok hate that is so fashionable. I have four Smok mods and four Smok tanks (six including RTAs) and they've all given me great service for years. OK, their coils are average at best by today's standards. Am I detecting a touch of Emperor's New Clothes Syndrome?

I've only had the alien kit and had no issues, I like the look of the mag but so many reviews say the battery clip release fails so they fall out but there are a lot of fakes going round I've read. I also like the species kit but it's not cheap.
