Best mods right now???

My legend has been fine for a couple of months - no issues at all.

One shop I went into (looking for ideas for a mod for my sister) commented on it in my hand to the effect of "we've sold quite a few of those and not had any returned".


I'm wondering about this 60% return rate though - if you sold 12 that'd be 7.2 units returned...

"About" 12 means you can't actually put an accurate percentage on it.

Any chance of real figures?

I wouldn't take it a a personal insult on anyone's mod, I'm simply giving my experience on it.

Some people will be delighted with it and that's great. Our experience was numerous faults. If I was in the market for a mod, Id want all the feedback, both good and bad.

In order to provide exact figures Id need to go in and check. Afraid 60%+ failure rate as around 12 sold will had to do for now unless @Huggett can remember more precisely.

Geekvape have been contacted, they done the usual thing 'This is how you fix it' but have gone very quiet after the fixes didn't work.

so they refused to get them and fix them and only gave you advice that didn't work? that's strange. What about an international warranty?

It wasn't taken as personal by any means.

It's not "my" mod to defend, I just own one. I don't care if every single one fails except mine and every other owner/retailer shouts about them - as long as my example works I'm happy with it.

Fact of the matter is I bought it based on the chassis - if it fails I'll either fix it or swap out the board for something else I can shoehorn in. Because I can.

The issue I took was stating "60%+" when you can't actually remember how many were sold and how many were returned.

That makes the figure nothing more than hearsay I'm afraid.

It's on the New Year's list of things to chase I reckon. Retailers get the run around just as much as customers when it comes to warranty from manufacturers I'm afraid!

Drag mini working well for me - only downside for me is if I am off work, I vape alot more meaning the battery doesn't always last the full day. Given that at the moment I am vaping 60-75 watts on it, may be look at the Drag 2 as I would imagine that should give better battery life plus when the batteries die, you can replace them!

I know some people are not keen on the Drag, but iv'e got two Drag 1s and a Drag 2, would i swap them, not a chance i love em.

I’d recommend anything by Vaporesso. I’ve got the revenger x and it’s been top notch. If you are looking at new products the one I like the look of most is the Uwell Crown 4 or the Oumier Rudder.
