Morning all
First time poster here, looking for some info on a setup.
I have tried scouring the Web as I'm a total vape novice.
I've tried a few disposable vapes to see if it's up my street. Now looking to invest in a decent mod.
For starters I think im best suited to mtl, and want something that gives a satisfying throat hit.
From my own research I'm thinking the innokin zlide tank sounds appealing.
With that I liked the look of the innokin t22 pro, tho I dunno if I should go with something with an external battery, along the lines of the aspire nautilus gt?
It all looks like a minefield to a novice loke me, so any comments or knowledge is greatly received
Thanks

Hello @BT_ sorry I can’t help with your questions but someone will help I’m sure. In the mean time Welcome to POTV

I would say you need to decide what is important to you. What size of device is ideal for carrying around. Is long battery life an issue? Do you prefer a pod like device or a mod and tank? Also do you want a tight or loose draw?

Hi there, Can I suggest looking into the Uwell caliburn g2 it gives off the feeling of using a disposable with the added benefit of being able to refill, with an exceptional battery life even with excessive use.. I went from smoking 15 a day to 0 with this device bare in mind I’ve spent roughly £1,000 trying all of the different types of MTL setups I found the caliburn g2 outclassed all previous ones used in the past, I have this with a 1.2 coil, and use between 10mg/20mg nic salts in the device with a nice throat hit aswell, don’t be put off by the size of the battery as i use this device a lot and it can last all day from full charge sometimes 2 days. you can also pick this device up for as cheap as £20… hope this helps :)

Thanks for the welcome.
Ideally I want something I can picket easily. Battery life isn't a big deal. If its a battery devise I can keep spares, but if its an inbuilt battery, im never too far from a charging point as I spend half my life in my works van.
As for the draw, im not really sure on that.... tbh I want to mimic cigarette smoking as much as possible, and as I say, I want a nice throat hit.
Other than that, I don't really know

Appreciate this. Sounds pretty much like what I'm looking for. I'll do some reading up on it. Do you use the standard tank it comes with?

Hi @BT_ and welcome to the planet.

looks like you posted at the same time as the previous post but the caliburn g2 sound perfect even though ive not tried this kit myself. https://www.ecigarettedirect.co.uk/uwell-caliburn-g2

Yes everything that came with it gets used no additions at all, the flavour you get from juices is incredible and the air flow is also adjustable I have it about half way.. if you take the tank off the device and look at the bottom there will be a little adjustable dial.. have that set to your preferred style.. half way for me have a nice throat hit and really really good flavour :)

May I add aswell the charging is ridiculously fast with type c charging from when the red light comes on the device I’ve known it to be as fast as 15 mins to fully charge can’t recommend it enough definitely the best little device I’ve ever had worth a try mate
