The @Innokin Adept Zlide imo is a good one to start with, the Zlide tank is a good tank and the Adept is so easy to use battery life is long I can normally get a day and a half to two days before needing charging and coils give good flavour. Good luck in finding what suits you.

Some good suggestions.

If you want a Pod type device thats a tight mtl, good flavour and decent battery then the Aspire Favostix is great with the 1.0 pod, still using one now.
The Freemax Fireluke 22 tank is also great with adjustable af and a choice of 2 coils

I've gone for the innoken sceptre, with 1.2ohm coils. Tbh the look of it swayed me. Not that I'm vain or anything
And also ordered an innoken adept. The waterproofing kinda swayed it for me on that one, plus it comes with the zlide tank I was favouring originally. I'll definitely look into the fireluke 22 tho.
Now to find some decent juice!

Late into this discussion I was gonna suggest the Aspire Flexus Q for mtl pod. Innokin Z80 for a tank/mod combo too. The Zlide tank can do a tight MTL with the right coil the Innokin T22 was way too tight for me and not nearly warm enough a vape.
