Best MTL tank?

Morning guys and gals,
I've been scouting round on the Internet for a definitive answer to this and have yet to find one, so I want to run it past you guys.

My lovely better half does not like sub ohming/ direct lung hits like I do. She just likes a good, rich flavour at fairly low wattage. I went straight from an Evod into sub ohm tanks so I haven't ever used a tank on a box mod for MTL. The ones I've got that I thought would do the job,( Isub, Subtank nano), she doesn't like. Tight airflow but good flavour would be key.

Help? [emoji47][emoji6]
Prebuilt coils or RTA?

I havent tried either unfortunately, i keep blowing my vaping budget on diy gear. From what i've read up on them if i had to pick one I think I would go for the Kayfun lite there are some cheap clones available from the likes of fasttech and gearbest. The Nautilus is also a good tank and if you want to use stock coils it would be my recommendation. it was my first tank when i started vaping and still use it almost daily. It doesnt have a rebuildable deck though and from what i gather the 3rd party rebuildable deck is fairly fiddly.

Stock coils will be the way forward for her. Something easy to use and refil and that looks nice [emoji15]. Aesthetics will be everything, vapour production for her is really on the back burner next to flavour.

I've tried getting her to use an Isub and Subtank nano with the airflow dialed right down and it's still too much- she likes it really restrictive.
Nautilus looks like a winner. Thanks for your help bud [emoji106]

Can't beat a Kabuki clone for MTL if you want stock coils in my opinion, takes the same coils as the Nautilus but performs and looks better if that's important. Not tried the Triton Mini yet but would consider that as well.

Genny coils last months with just a rinse and dry burn

I'd stumbled on those too. But in fairly convinced she'll just want to take out/ re install new coils as and when. I'm gonna hunt for a Nautilus I think as that little decorative sleeve will score some brownie points for me [emoji41]

I do understand that some like the idea of readymade Coils, but to my mind, they are an extremely false economy these days. If you really want to give your wife an RTA that will suit her needs down to the ground, I really would recommend that you look at the wonderful Kayfun Lite Plus. The flavour that these produce is absolutely exceptional, they are easy to maintain and have a very forgiving deck on which to build. You can customise them to quite a degree these days now that Nano Tanks, Bell Caps etc are so readily available, so I am sure you'd find something budget friendly with no problem at all.

Readymade Coils are still FAR too hit and miss with regard to quality, maybe not quite as bad as they once were, but there is nothing worse than paying out for 5 Coils only to fins that 2 or 3 are duffers. The cost of Wire and Wicking materials are SO low now that you'll save yourself a lot of money very quickly if you convert her to a True Rebuildable RTA.;)

Right, I've just ordered a Nautilus mini from noble for £17. Thanks for all your help guys [emoji109][emoji106]

I agree 100% Rob. I do use boxed coils still, but they're pretty much a backup mostly.

My better half has only been off the stinkies a few weeks and she wants it really simple at the moment which is fine if it keeps her vaping instead of smoking. I take every point you made and agree with them all, but for her, at the moment it wouldn't work. I think she'll change her thinking as she progresses as do we all.

Thanks though bud [emoji106]
