www.leisureliquids.com sell Dekang juices, the mint fluid is good I've had it a few times but not a fan of Dekangs new Spearmint!
I'm no expert but steeping is letting the juice mature for 2-3 weeks to let the flavours develop and get stronger. I know there is debate over lid on and lid off steeping. I was told to shake, take lid off and leave in a cool dark place. But there may be better methods.
