Your wicks look wet but your coils look dry. Wicks too tight in the coil maybe?

Yeah can't be to tight just rebuilt it a bit looser on the coils and same problem tempted to get my dremel out to widen the juice holes a bit but I would prefer to avoid that

It could be a new recipe I am trying for my eliquid it's a bit high in sucralose which might be causing the burnt taste at higher voltages

What sort of power are you running it at? I haven't got a nano but I've got two full size ones, only tend to run them around 30W depending on the juice. They could probably handle a bit more but not a lot I would imagine.

About 46 watts at 0.5 ohms which was fine on my crius and goliath v2 it might be that the juice flow holes aren't big enough to keep up with that.

I've not had either of the other two tanks so can't comment on that. Out of curiosity I've just ran one of my full size Billow V2's at 40W 185C on my DNA40, kept up at that no problems without even hitting temperature protect. I don't know what to suggest but I wouldn't go messing with the juice channels. I think the juice I'm running at the moment is 60/40 but I often run 80/20 without issue.

There is a thread here with some good info, pics, and a few links. There is my Kanthal Clapton build in there with some pics, those coils are still going strong in my other tank. https://www.planetofthevapes.co.uk/...threads/perfect-build-for-the-billowv2.78590/

Hope you get to the bottom of it, they are a great tank, might even have to pick up a nano myself to see if the shorter chimney makes much difference.

This is my build on a billow which I have run upto 50watts with no issues, these are tiger coils I used, not made by myself, they were brought off eBay and work well in the normal billow so I'd guess they'd work well in the nano

Sorry for poor pic quality

I don't have the nano, just the normal BillowV2. I don't have any dry hits and I run Claptons on a 1.5mm wrap up to 75 watts. Just normal kind of wicking, I just shave off as much as I can off the top and sides and the ends just sit in the juice wells, using bog standard Japanese cotton.
