BigAndy will be arranging the booking time with the YHA, However as far as I can tell we have 82 beds / camping paid for and we need about 90 to have this locked down for definite. So Mr Desevaper & Crew will be very welcome...

OK I've moved you to CY4, BigAndy will be arranging the bookings system, but basically Payments will go direct to YHA for the rooms, the we will check folks off on the list - No way we can lose any payments or mix anything up and if you pay by card you get the usual card protections...

I have sent off the below this morning to the hostel to ask if we have enough to confirm the booking so fingers crosses. If so we should have booking details later today or tomorrow. Also I'm seeing if we can discount further the larger rooms to help late comers book in as I guess not many people will have 7 mates or family with them.
