BP mods sure mtl rta

The original pioneer will always be my favorite I think.

Though others found it impossible to wick I loved it. The extras that you could get are what set it above the 1.5 for me.
the short tank and blade cap make it look much better imo, and if its more capacity you want you can choose from two different 6ml tanks.

I'm using the sure now and there is no doubt that it is easier to build and wick but the flavour is the same as an og pioneer and the filling method is easier once you get used to it but not pioneer easy.

Do the Pioneer’s match the Sure on DLand RDL, do you feel?

I only use them in mtl, I'm assuming based on the way things are made the sure will have the edge over the pioneers in restricted direct lung but I think the best rdl would be a boro and the best dl will be an rda.

I'm sure every effort was made to make the sure and the pioneer 1.5 suitable for direct lung but at the end of the day they're 22mm they can't compete with the likes of the blotto(s) and valkyrie mini in the dl rta category

I wouldn't want to use the blotto for mtl and in the same way I wouldn't use a 22mm rta for dl.
It's nice to have options but when you have 50+ setups available to you, it makes sense to only use things for what they're best at.
Someone else may think the sure is the best rdl they've ever had but everyone's experience is different.

Made a mistake there as I was multi tasking on my work laptop :21:
Phew I thought there was a new one I was missing lol I now have every version In every colour except the ti v1 (which i had but lost. Fuck voopoo!) and the ss sure.

My only gripe about the original pioneer is that the screw on, after rebuilding the deck, has a bit of a knack to it. Other than that I find it one of the easiest tanks to use. I'm not a good wicker by any standard, but despite others having trouble with it, I don't seem to be able to get it wrong on the v1.

Mine arrived today, I have the 1.3 air pin in and so far I am enjoying it my only gripe is the notch to match up the base I can just about see it!! Very easy to build and wick but I will have a good play around with the air flow and try and mark the notch somehow without damaging the attie.

Yeah that's the only real gripe with it. After a while you learn to do it by feel.

So far, only the Asgard 25 and, possibly the Valkyrie mini, better the Sure at dl and rdl flavour. Though both leave it sitting for cloud.
That’s why I asked. If the thing is so good at MTL and excellent at rdl and dl maybe, in single coil at least, there’s no need to compromise either method, anymore.

Tip for the v1 put the glass on first then screw the chimney in, it helps a lot
