BP mods sure mtl rta

Mine has finally arrived!!

So far - yep it’s good, very good. Using it for MTL and it’s spot on. Great saturated vape, nice and quiet too. Super easy to build.

My only bug bear is trying to get the tank off to access the deck, but I guess that will become easier over time.

Out of interest are you lot thinning out your cotton for the wick or not? I’m still trying to get this perfected.

Big thanks to @rew for recommending this tank to me in the first place!!

Yeah, those markings are a real pain. And it shouldn’t happen on a PB Mods product.
But you do get used to doing it , by touch, rapidly.
Also, little tip. Pull the drip tip off the bell when you fill it. It will make life so much easier.

I'm using mine in RDL mode, so I fluff the wick up and cut a straight line across the top of the wick so the juice flows to the coil more quickly. Don't think that's really neccesary in MTL (something I've only recently tried), and to be honest it's so easy to wick. Community Review has some photos of the wicking and a video from Bruce. Might be worth a gander.

I'm strict mtl with mine.

if you want to use the juice flow half open as recommended for mtl, then thin your cotton a little.

But if you can't be bothered you can just fluff it and rock the juice flow full open.

One of the great things about the sure unlike other more traditional RTA's is that you don't need to make sure it's dry before re wicking (although you should if you have time)
If you are In a rush you can pull the old wick out, dry burn the coil and stick a new one in.

Glad you like it. Not thinning my wicks for MTL, just fluff them a little. Make sure your wicks are not too long.

I just cut and center the cotton (if you look from the side it's like a triangle). That's it.
