Hi, I just joined today, am hoping to get advice on first mech use, (Vandyvape Bonza) don't really know how to post a question in the right place, anyone advise pls?

Hello @Colman 001 and welcome to POTV. For now you've probably posted is as good a place as any, your post will be seen. I don't use a mech, but there are plenty who will be able to give you good advice. Enjoy :)

Great, thanks, I will ask here, So my question is...if I put a fully charged, quality battery in safe condition (EXO 21700S) in a Vandyvape Bonza, with a well made build on the Rda @ 0. 45 ohm, can I just vape away until the power drops, or is there anything else I may need to be wary of? (first time mech use)

Provided you have tested and dry fired the RDA on a regulated device or 510 Tab and it’s showing roughly the correct resistance, is firing fine and no shorts are detected, that’s about it!

Obviously keep an eye on your battery wraps, any nicks, tears etc then will need a rewrap.

You’ll notice when the battery starts to drain as the Vape will become less powerful and ramp up time to fire the coil will be increased. Don’t discharge the battery too far, when it becomes noticeable, stick it on charge.

as you mention your brand new to all this it has to be asked for your own safety, have you read up on ohm's law as mechs have zero protection and the last thing we want to hear is something going bang which easily can happen if your not clued up on mechs.
