Budget/Unused/Beginner Mech Mod

I'm a student budget and would love a mechanical mod. The quality doesn't bother me too much as I have the skill and knowledge needed to tinker and modify, I just need somewhere to get started.

which is a hybrid mod comprising of both battery tube a genesis (mesh or steel rope wick) atomizer in a one piece.
