You had 8ml at 6mg/ml, now you have 10ml at 4.8mg/ml - spot on.
Assuming that your flavourings are all PG based (most are) then you're adding 20ml of PG, so your final ratio will be 64VG/36PG
No headache, fairly simple maths

Just had that eureka moment! (hits head against wall)
I was trying to work it out from 10 ml, should have just thought about it as adding 20ml pg. Donut!
