Buying from ebay.

I've read a few threads where folk say to avoid ebay for most things, but is the VG and PG on ebay decent quality?
I'm about to have a go at trying to mix my own juice, and would only buy the nicotine and flavourings from vendors I see recommended on here.
Am I better buying the base stuff from a 'proper' vendor too?

Sorry, my vendor, oliverbrown-co-uk, doesn't seem to have any listed at present, but I paid around £6 inc P&P each for the PG and VG from lubrisolve

I trust ebay sellers for PG, VG, flavours, wick & wire - partly because these aren't breaking ebay rules by selling what they sell. People who sell ecigs are circumventing the rules to do so, as they're banned on ebay. There's plenty of reason to argue this decision about items that don't contain nicotine, but these are the current rules.

Those who sell ecig-specific items word their listings in such a way to avoid being discovered, so if they're so shifty and unprofessional about their selling policies, how likely is it that the product will be legit and of decent quality?
