Hi, i want to make an 60ml liquid with 15ml flavor, 18mg/ml nicotine and with 50% PG / 50% VG.
I have 70 ml of 20 mg/ml nicotine and 70ml of 38 mg/ml nicotine.
How much PG,VG, and nicotine must i put to have the specific liquid?

23.68 ml of the 3.8%50/50 nic, 9ml of flavour, 9.16 ml of PG and 18.16ml of VG will give you 60ml of 15mg strength 50/50 mix of e liquid

Forget my last calculation, that was for 15mg strength.
To make 60ml of 18mg nic using the 38mg nic with a overall 15% flavour strength and a 50/50 pgvg mix you will need to add. 28.42ml of ur 3.8% nic, 9ml of flavour, 6.79ml of PG and 15.79ml of VG

It's 15 ml of flavor not 15%.Also, i have 70ml of 20mg/ml nic boosters and i want to use it with 38mg/ml nic for the final liquid.

So are you saying you have 15ml of flavour concentrate.? What overall flavour strength do you want your mix to be?
If you want to use both your nic strength liquids the easiest way is to combine them giving you 140 ml.
20x70=1400, 38x70=2600, therefore 4000/140 =28.57mg strength nic.

The flavor concentrate is 25%.I want to use both 20 mg/ml nic and 38 mg/ml nic.
