so my health hasn't been great. still waiting for the results of a mri scan. but I keep having panic attacks. got some 0 nicotine. and trying to cut down on how much I vape.

Sounds like as you have lowered the nicotine that could well have something to do with it especially as you are now using zero nic.
I get a lot of stress at times and chuffing on 3mg all day doean nothing to help. Higher nic and job done.

I've not tried the 0 nicotine yet. vaping on a 3 nicotine. trying to cut back. just wondering if nicotine makes panic attacks worse.

Only way to find out is try. I would of thought it would be the other way around and lowering the nic would cause it.
How long did you smoke for Leni.
For me it was 37 years and I have no intention of totally stopping nic. I've been on 3mg for over 4 years and do use zero nic in fruits which doesn't bother me as my custards all have 3mg and I get through 35-45ml a day.
Nicotine is as dangerous as coffee.

Your panic attacks could be as simple as worrying about the results of the mri and nothing to do with vaping or nicotine.

I had a seizure in my kitchen a month ago. I get out of breathe and worry.

That's understandable why you are stressed and panic. Waiting for test results is nerve racking so can cause a lot of stress and panic as humans always think the worst before we even know. The nicotine might even relax you a bit so if you are worried about nic and want to lower it then that will only make the stress worse.
Has your docs ever said to you to stop smoking. I guess yes like all of us because cigs can cause all sorts of things.
So has your doc said to stop vaping or lower your nic?
The majority of my Doc's were extatic when I started vaping as I had stopped what we all know as dangerous killer cigs.
My suggestion is to forget about lowering your nic until you get your test results back as deep down I bet that is what is worrying you the most.

Nicotine is a stimulant but I’d doubt at those levels it will be causing panic. As above really.

I would of said the same, nicotine should calm you down and help releave stress.
As @MrDJ said, nicotine in vapes really is not that harmful

Oddly it doesn’t calm. I think the association of smoking to relieve stress is what causes people to think it’s relaxing them when it can actually stimulate. However, not to the levels of caffeine or such other things. :)

One of the things it does do is possibly increase anxiety through the symptoms of nic withdrawal.

When I am highly anxious nicotine does increase it. It's a stimulant so will make you a bit jittery if you're using too much of it when you're already wound up. The calming effect is only when you are gasping for some nicotine and then get some into you.

When I'm like that I just use less until the panic starts to fade. I don't stop completely as not getting enough nic also makes me anxious, it's about finding the balance for me when I'm not at my best.
