can't taste a thing do i have to wash my tank out

I put some blackcurrent and cherry in my tank. it tasted like methnol. I can't get the flavour out of my tank. everything I put in
it to it tastes of nothing. what should I do?

Have you changed the coil?

Some juices hang around for ages, even with washing.

I've had to boil tanks before to get rid of a strong taste...

Change the coil, strip the tank wash it in warm or even hot water with vinegar, dry it out, put together again with freshly primed coil fill it up and after 10-15min vape again and see if that makes a difference

I use the fluid, cold water, 15 minute steep. I had the fluid when I used to wash out hiking bladders.

That’s not a bad shout hadn’t thought of using Milton! If it’s good enough for baby bottles I’m sure it’s ok to clean tanks with?

It's my preferred option as an ultrasonic can be a touch aggressive with certain finishes on tanks.

Never noticed any perishing but then again it's not something I do regularly, only if a tank has a lingering taint to it. I tend to just wash out with warm water usually.
