carto tank drip tip

My wife uses boge carto tanks F15, F16 & F17 and super short drip tips but the tank has come off a couple of times, I know she couldput on something like a ming drip tip to stop the tank slipping off but she likes very small/short tips, Does anyone know of a small neat drip tip that is maybe slightly fatter at the part that sits on the top edge of the carto (hope that makes sense)

has to be delrin preferably or acrylic, not steel, glass, etc

A drip tip base may help, that way she can carry on with her regular drip tip.

Thanks for the suggestion, have ordered some slightly different ones from ft, the ones in the link were pretty chunky.
