How To Cartomiser Filling and Re-Filling - The Condom and Dripping Methods!

Cartomisers are refillable. There are two main methods - the condom method and the dripping method. I've done a couple of three step instructions to show how it's done.

They're a bit all over the place, to be honest - but follow steps 1-3, and then do the box bits!

I'm going to be totally honest mate - I haven't got a clue how to! But I realised that they were small, and I've just put a link in at the bottom which opens up a full-size, cut out and keep, glorious technicolour pdf file of both of the instruction sheets!

It's not just "Look In" that does the fancy cut out and keep stuff (says uncle Ethel showing his age!)

Excellent work Ethelking Im sure they will be helpful to new carto users. The other method, a variation of the drip, is to use a syringe and push it down the side between the wadding/filler and the metal tube casing thus ensuring a quick even fill. I have used this with varying degrees of success. It can work brilliantly or it can distort the packing of the wadding and encourage leaks.
My preferred method is the slow drip. Takes a bit more time but generally more satisfactory for me.
If using a heavy VG mix sometimes the juice will just sit on the top and not sink in to the wadding readily. Just swing the carto round with your arm so that the centrifugal (get me) force makes the juice sink in quicker.
Always let it stand a while and always check no juice is leaking from the connector end, especially with auto batteries.
