How To Cartomiser Filling and Re-Filling - The Condom and Dripping Methods!

Think I had a 5 star one, on that floppy coloured vinyl. Wonder what ever happened to them?

Hi Dexter, just wanted to say thanks for that we guide - a great help for us newbies. Also thanks for clarifying the condom method, saves me making a fool of myself in public.... Oh wait, I think I just have!

Sorry to bring up an old thread but....how long to refillable cartomizers last? How many times can you refill before it dies on you and lastly, if you wanted to change flavour do you have to clean it out or not, if so how?

Thanks Chaps

Hello mate, I change my carto for a fresh one every two to three days. Don't bother trying to clean them, its not worth the hassle - once the taste drops on them there is very little you can do to change that. They are not designed for prolonged use, and at around a pound a pop, they are definitely a consumable.

if you want to change flavour, just drip in your new flavour. It will taste like a two-juice cocktail for a while and then your new juice flavour will come through.

Cartos are, like all atomisers, affected by heavy VG fluids - they last less time than with PG heavy juices.

Hope this helps. Lee

after being caught out with my cartos other night i change mine every other evening now...kinda guarantees i wont endure a night at work with gvc all night or burnt mint :(

Read this before and it has saved me a fortune on the skycig refills and also good for the environment as have loads of them now!

Thanks for putting this together.

I use the slow drip method for my Dad's, I just wait till he has ten or so then slow drip them in rotation until they wont take anymore juice.
