I was like that to start with, would vape one atty till it got too hot, swapped with another, vaped until it got too hot and repeat!!

You'll settle down eventually, but as suggested, only you can find out what is right for you!

Ive been goin mad on mine too i put it down to not having to go out in the rain for a toot.

I chain vape. I am almost at my 6 months mark and still chain vaping

I have never had a nic headache or any other side effects. I vape low nic though. But have vaped higher with no ill effects. I didn't actually smoke very much when I was smoking, about 6-8 rollies a day, thinly rolled with a filter.
