Chain vaping bad?

As long as you are not smoking cigarettes, vape away. I found it a smooth transition from cigs to vaping after nearly 30 years.

One thing I have found it that I feel the need to vape more frequently than I needed to smoke a ciggy. Although, this could be due to the nicotine delivery system in vaping being quicker and more available.
But anything that keeps me off the ciggies is all good.

The gf and me boss both say I never put mine down so in my head I'm thinking oh crap lol better slow down. Until today when someone posted a rough calculation of how many cigs are in a ml etc which I used to work out my 10ml is roughly 54 real smokes that so 10ml should last me 2.5days but that bottle actually lasted me 4.5days so I will carry on chain vaping me thinks!

I have to remind myself to put it down sometimes. With a cigarette there was a very definite ending that isn't there with vaping. Usually half a cup of tea's worth. Now I finish my tea and realise I'm still vaping. But I tell myself it evens out because half the time I'm pratting about blowing smoke rings instead of inhaling...might be kidding myself there though....
