Cleaning bottles

Hi probably a stupid question how do you clean used eliquid bottles properly ready to be reused please ?

I don't bother anymore, it's too much faff for the price of them.
But when I did, I used to give them a good scrub inside and out in soapy water, a good rinse and then a soak in sterilizing tablets (including the caps and nozzles).
Then I used to let them air dry on a rack, upside down.

Where's the cheapest place to get bottles then please , use 30ml or 50ml mostly ?
