I had a problem last week with my rta, the 510 bit had come loose and was spinning round in the tank-PANIC!!!! So I emailed Steve "clockworks" via his website and explained the problem. He got back to me straight away and said it was designed to come apart and I could fix it myself but he would also be happy to sort it out for me, and as my OH was away I thought it was better to let him look at it. I sent it on Thursday and it arrived back today good as new. Very nice chap, very quick and he didn't even charge me postage! Ten out of ten for clockwork-great repairables and brilliant service. Can't wait till I've got the pennies for a matching rda now

I since had to let my things go as I couldn`t deal with them, but when I did get them initially the service was very good and he was very helpful when I had a problem too...have to agree there.
