Coconut + Caramel over a Tobacco base... That been done yet?

^ +1 for coyote coconut, tastes absolutely incredible in my Erlkonigin.

Vapercaper's caramel tobacco is pretty darn good as well.

As for diy, I've been mixing up chefs vapour r-y-whore recently, it's got a lovely maple syrup sort of back note. Really nice, might look to add a little something to it in the future.

Coyote Coconut by Manabush as others have said is lovely but not really what you're after.

I can't recommend a good one to you because I've yet to try a coconut / caramel / tobacco juice but I can give you one to avoid. Most peeps tend to really like it but it was one of the most disgusting juices I've ever vaped. It's name - Cocomel by Vape Escape.
