I really dont understand most valing terms, RTA etc... I will try and read up a bit

My idea if rebuilding coils is just pulling the old cotton out and putting sone bacon v2 cotton in.. I have seen this done on youtube and they burn the element for a few seconds then dip in water.

Assuming you want simple rebuildable...for 20-30W you won't go far wrong with the Savour RTA with the default larger airflow. It is easy to build, good flavour and somehow manages to never leak. You can even try the smaller airflow insert if you want to experiment with MTL vaping. Edit: but only 2ml, so doesn't meet that requirement, but that has never been a problem for me since it is so easy to refill and at those wattages I don't go that quickly through juice,

For a mod an Eleaf Pico would work well with it, maybe a HCigar T80, or Wismec or Wotofo single battery mod.

What you describe in terms of rewicking above is an RTA (Rebuildable Tank Atomizer). The Crius 2 I reccomded is highly rated for this on here. I can put you a link later for that + the coils etc if you like = worth doing if you want to dabble with sub-ohm later.

Eleaf and Hcigar are good mod makers. If you want further suggestions best give us also a price range and some idea of what kind of look/ aesthetics as this often dictates people's choice a lot.

The Pico is well regarded and nice looking / reliable, it’s a good choice.

Let us know if you've ordered this one bud or still need recommendations.
Have a look at some of the tutorials in the main POTV website. Rebuilding a kayfun is an old but still relevant tutorial which will help understand rebuilding from a newbies point of view.
I'm sure there's plenty here who can give tips on the savour too.
