What's new

Coming off of cigarettes, need a tighter MTL draw to what my current vape offers

Yea. It's about 50 notes, but it sounds like just what you're after.

Hey hey

Hi @rdog

Sorry for the delay been mental busy today

Ok, I suggest the following:

Vaporesso xros 2 as it has adjustable af and the version 2 pods - 1.2 or 0.8 are fantastic.

Another option is the Voopoo Vinci with the drag nano 2 pods

Or Aspire Favostix, its better than the Vilter, pods last longer and the flavour/draw is delightful, it has a screen too which shows battery percentage, ohm and watts, using it at the moment, ive had 2 and gave 1 to my brother and he hasn't touched a cigarette since.

The miso C is good but its not as tight as the Xros or Vinci.

I personally didn't rate the reflex for flavour but we all have different preferences, some liked it and some of us did not.

All the ones i suggested have built in coils within the pods.

If you want seperate coils then

Aspire FlexusQ or ZQ vapor Xtal Pro or Voopoo doric 20

Any questions please just ask

Dee

Ah, the reviews look very mixed plus I can't find it where I am so I'll give it a pass, but thanks for the suggestion!

Thanks for the reply!

I'll have a look at your reviews... then I might have some questions!

@DeeDee aka (Pod Queen)

So I had a look through your reviews (at least I think they're by you... Diane?). They were all very helpful and I like the look of all of the ones you suggested except for the Aspire Flexus Q just because it's a bit too heavy.

Putting together your drawometer rankings for the devices:

XROS 2: 1/5 (so 2/10?)
Favostix: 2-3/10
XTAL Pro: 2-3/10

Where would you place the Doric 20 on the drawometer scale? I didn't manage to find a review for it.

I also came across your XROS Mini review and it seems like the draw is even tighter at 2/10. Is there any reason that you didn't mention it before? Perhaps some issues with the device?

And one last thing, sorry. Despite the issues you mentioned, I'm still considering the Aspire Vilter since it's the only one with a cigarette like filter. I assumed therefore it would be a tighter draw than the above devices but it's still the same 2-3/10 on the drawometer. A bit surprising!

My evolv reflex is now an errand i need to do. Hardly used but battery is somehow draining when not in use, so need to contact the UK supplier for it.

As for MTL, aspire vlter is good. Doric 20 is also good and quite tight with adjustable airflow. Also has autodraw.

Caliburn G2 is also a good shout with its adjustable airflow and auto draw. It can get to a tight MTL

Hi everyone, btw Vaper for a few years now and split my vaping between MTL and DL.

Ahh sorry, forgot to mention. Aspire Flexus Q is awesome for MTL. Warm and tight is possible, has autodraw, and the device (mod) doesn't feel like it's struggling with lower ohm coils for that warm vape. My favourite atm tbh, just forgot about it as I need to get coils for it.

@gee

Thanks for the suggestions.

Just though of something... Do aspire filter tips fit the the Doric 20 mouth piece? Having used my 1000mAh Nevoks Feelin for a few days 1000mAh is only about a day and a half, so the bigger Doric 20 battery is appealing.

Hmmm I'm actually not sure. I don't think so as those filter tips are quite narrow. But I might be wrong...
