CAP Creamy yoghurt works really well in most recipes that want that smooth creamy slightly sour taste - use in the 2-4% range, FA yoghurt is also pretty good at adding a non sweet tangy creaminess to dessert recipes when used at 2% or below, it's quite dry and gets overpowering at high percents so would use other creams to round it out if using as a main base.
Best sweet cream in my opinion is FA Vienna cream although CAP sweet cream is also good but can get a bit cheesy when going much above 3%.
