The tarnishing I could live with, if I had an atty to match! I think it might break my heart seeing the shiny next to the not shiny though.

I like patina. Paul sent me a shiny m16 which was great. Its even better now it looks worn in. A hard working device :-)

This isn't my first copper mod so I was expecting the tarnish.
What surprised me though was that the switch, locking ring, tube threads etc are all still smooth and fully functional.
My last copper mod seized up after a few days if not constantly maintained (and it cost 3 times as much!)
