What's new

Coronavirus UK Daily Statistics

Those are the people spreading it along with all of the non essential workers still working that don't visit one specific place of work.
I could visit upto a dozen different businesses a day in my line of work and havn't been stopped yet.
The only real change during this lockdown is the high street.
New cases being recorded atm are just short of 4,400 per 24hr period and still rising.
We'll be in for month's of shutdown at this rate. Too many people are bending/flouting the rules .

when we still have selfish stupid twats like this just doing what ever they want its going be months bfore lock down is over with, yes i get its a lovely weekend & im going stir crazy indoors but to many dick heads not thinking of others the following pic is brighton know...

708 more dead including a 5 year old boy.

Very sad.
I'm pretty sure they're not including wales, Scotland, and northern Ireland in the figures which are also just those recorded by the NHS (in hospital).

It makes sense as they expected the numbers to double every few days and they haven't. Not because the deaths aren't increasing but because they've not been counted yet.

Time for check points and possibly road blocks now IMO. There's too many people that think this (semi) lockdown is a request and not an order.

A few days ago Scotland changed the method of counting and now includes those where a doctor has listed the virus as a contributory factor on the death certificate, even where a test was not done. Might have been Wed or Thur.
