I also had a Cyndi Lauper hairstyle a couple of years back. I think I've had a hairstyle for every occasion.

Not sure which is worse; being called Sideshow Bob or Weird Al Yankovic.
I showed my son a picture of me in the 80's with a hideous perm and dyed hair wearing those large framed 80's specs. He said I looked like Weird Al Yankovic! I'll see if I can dig out the picture, just for the laughs.

daft thing is i still have a big quiff same as in the 80's...just face a lote more pruned and wrinkly now ....will try dig pics out

Can't really see it in this photo but I had the grid carved out of my hair on one side. I actually liked it so much I had it redone a few months later after it had grown out and then again last summer.
