Does the Wraith have some kind of stealth mode? I was happily squonking away this afternoon and then I noticed the display screen had gone blank!!

It still fires, but I've pressed so many buttons now trying to get it back that I've no idea what wattage I'm on so don't really want to mess about with it too much.

Any ideas?

(Battery is fine and tried a new one just in case).

My Wraiths don't have a stealth mode and no mention in the (brief) manual leaflet.

While checking, I did discover a Factory Reset which takes place when up and down buttons are held down for about three seconds - try that.

Shame. Unless you have some warranty, wouldn't be worth what it would cost to send it to a mod maker so maybe try to have a go at taking it apart just in case it's juice that got in on the board and just needs a good clean and dry or maybe even spot a wire or cable come away from the screen? I have one Wraith I intend to dismantle because the fire button has lost its springiness but it works so I keep putting it off but may get round to dismantling.
Whatever you do, don't chuck it away, someone on here will likely have a use for it.
You could also try emailing COV or contact them on FB ...

Well, I just dismantled mine, so easy! Remove battery and bottle and with base opened you will see two little cross-head screws.
Undo those and the whole base comes away, do it carefully and the screws stay in the base which is handy.
You will see the board on one side and the 510 on the other side. With no atty attached, whole thing just slides easily out.
Apart from the up and down buttons, they stay inside and are not fixed so will fall out so be careful.
Although the only issue I had with this Wraith was a fire button (which stays on the case) with no feedback, I still checked everywhere for signs of juice but all was good and no sign of liquid anywhere/
So checked the fire switch on the board, very clicky.
Like a lot of electronics these days, no springs involved, just plastic and wadding of some sort (silicon?) to act as a spring and that was at the back of the button still attached to the case.
Did a quick fix by moving it back over the centre of the rear of the button and now the fire button is like new.
I'll do a more permanent fix another time with a new plastic pad spring thing.

So, @knitsabit ever so easy to take apart and check the board for obvious damage from juice or maybe a loosened wire etc.

And, @Jugg1es have you still got your Wraith, easy fix here for what you also complained about I think?

I only got it in February so I'll send the vendor an email and see what they say. I think I'm safer doing that to begin with.

I managed to turn it off and then on again so it's only the screen that's gone. It's most annoying, I was really enjoying it.

Eta thanks for looking though, it's very good of you (even if you were going to dismantle it anyway)!

Oh in that case definitely get it replaced under warranty.

I cleaned the mod but I think I pressed the fire button a good few times, it fires but carries on firing for a brief moment so I think the rubber wadding behind the fire button is some what dislodged.
