Yes and no, prepare yourself for me being a pita again!!Won’t work mate, acrylic is too narrow
Here is a template I made from white delrin, just to see if it would actually work... is this the type of thing you’re after?

Is it possible to put a step in it about half way up, so its slightly smaller in diameter at the top, don't have to be much but a change in size
Hope that makes sense to you? And sorry[emoji6]
If you can put a step in the one you have made that would be fine and save you doing another, if not i will take one in ss please, not bothered much if its white or ss just want one that fits well, every one i have purchased seems to work looseYeah that’s fine mate, wasn’t sure if you wanted it stepped in or not, this was literally made just to see how it fitted [emoji16]
Which material did you want it in? What I have that is wide enough is either white delrin, Black delrin, clear poly (glass clear) or stainless steel

Wise words mate, when you think about it!!!No worries dude. Think the issue with them is that the lip that fits inside of the atty is very very small - like literally the width of a oring and that’s all. You really do have to make them tight as fuck else they are easy to pull out, bit of liquid on the oring and twist and push rather than just push it on like a regular tip.
Delrin or stainless choice is totally yours dude, stainless will be a little more expensive as the material is more expensive.
Just bare in mind - the atty Is super small and I would imagine a stainless tip would get super hot, perhaps a delrin tip is more suited for this atty?
