Custom Made Or Other??

Thanks to the EXTREME generosity of a certain Chap in Serbia, I am now "beginning" to have a gentle think about commissioning one of our wonderful UK Builders.
Dejan from Limelight Mechanics sent me a replacement Lipo Battery for my Box Reborn. Because Batteries and postage can be somewhat tortuous, he decided to disguise the battery a bit. How did he do that you may ask? Well......... he sent it in a Limelight "Box" (DNA40) Casing without all the internals, but with a pair of Stone Panels fitted
I have been in touch and asked whether he'd like it returned, to be told that it was a gift.

So........... thus far 3 people come to mind, but I am only just starting this process, so suggestions will be welcomed. I am gathering that a DNA75 Chip would almost certainly fit.

A dna60 will definitely fit as its the same size as the 40, Darwin mods would be my first ask. Eddie's work is excellent

All good options there, looks like you've got it covered. So jealous those limelight boxes are amazing, I remember seeing Scotts review and just thinking wow, they are some of the only ones I think deserve their pricetag

Nice score guv. I'm sure that tubby engineer will accept the challenge. I've just ordered a cheap mod from gearbest to harvest the yihi board. I'm hot rodding the geyscano squonker I won from gerry as a practice for some possible one off squonkers. We shall see what emerges from the shed.

Not sure but it seems he is updating his site with new mods lately so maybe he has had a change of mind. I will ask him on facebook, but as said it looks like he is still carrying on

I'll take a look at some pics of the box if you'd like - but I must say the REAL modbuilders have access to many more tools etc, but if it's just a case of fitting internals i can certainly do that for you - PM me if you feel the urge to discuss anything...
